With Centuri, you can easily define process flows for different types of information that minimizes administration. The system is role-based, which enables you to always reach the right recipient and has an owner even if an individual quits.

Configurable rules govern the entire life cycle management, such as the possibilities for collaboration regarding production, referral recipients, who must approve the information before publication, requirements for reading receipts, the possibility to comment, confidentiality, reminders for updating, archiving and more.

The workflows also regulate which templates can be used in each individual case and which metadata is relevant for different types of information.

Which form data you need in different steps of the flow is made easy with drag-and-drop. You also have conditional forms which means that choices in a field determine whether additional information is needed or who will handle the matter in the next step of the process.
