Transdev chooses Centuri to strengthen and modernize its deviation and incident management

Leading transport company Transdev has signed a five-year agreement with QMS provider Centuri to consolidate and modernize its approach to deviation and incident management. The goal is to create a common, process-oriented and traceable management from reporting to follow-up, analysis and systematic improvement work. Transdev already uses Centuri for document management, and the new agreement means a deeper collaboration on business-critical processes.

A modern system support for a socially important mission

As a leading player in public transport and transport solutions, Transdev has an important social mission and a clear need to be able to quickly and efficiently report and follow up on deviations. With a more modern system support, Transdev wants to reduce fragmentation, strengthen data quality and get a clearer overall picture of events, responsibilities and actions.

The new solution enables a common way of working where it is easy to report and efficient to follow up deviations and incidents. At the same time, structure, traceability and overview are strengthened throughout the life cycle of the case.

A five-year agreement with focus on a process-oriented approach

The five-year agreement covers both system solution and implementation projects. The focus is on establishing a process-oriented and uniform way of working that supports the entire flow – from simple reporting in the business to structured investigation, action follow-up and management reporting.

The procurement was preceded by a thorough RFI process and dialog with a large number of suppliers, followed by a competitive procurement where several bidders were evaluated and compared. After in-depth dialogues and negotiations, Transdev selected Centuri. Decisive factors were the solution's functional accuracy, flexibility and the fact that Centuri is already an established supplier in document management. This enables a more strategic and long-term collaboration in line with Transdev's ambition to work with fewer, stronger partnerships.
