PRESS RELEASE OCTOBER 14, 2026

Annero Vård Chooses Centuri for Unified Deviation Management

Healthcare provider Annero Vård, wwhich delivers nursing services and LSS services (support for people with disabilities under Swedish law) to municipalities and private care providers, has signed an agreement with QMS provider Centuri to digitalise its deviation management. The goal is a shared way of working across all assignments: from reporting in the field to action, follow-up and the supporting data for the annual patient safety report.

Many clients – one way of working

Annero Vård staffs, among other things, the on-call nursing service at residential care homes for municipalities and private providers in the Stockholm area. Each client has its own requirements for how deviations are documented and followed up. This autumn, the company is also launching an on-call telephone advisory service for elderly care in five municipalities, where nurses take calls, give advice and document the actions taken.

The need is threefold: to make reporting easy for the nurse in the middle of a situation, to give management a unified overview across all assignments, and to produce the supporting data per municipality when the patient safety report is due. On top of this come the requirements of the company’s own management system under FR2000, and a procurement market where digital deviation management is increasingly a requirement for submitting a tender.

Workflows shaped around the organisation

The agreement covers Centuri’s case management, with workflows for deviations and for documenting calls to the on-call telephone service, as well as reporting per care home and per municipality. Implementation will run as a short project in which the workflows are built together with the organisation. The project ends with training, after which Annero Vård will manage the solution independently.

Key factors in the decision were that the workflows can be shaped around Annero Vård’s way of working rather than the other way around, Centuri’s experience from health and social care, and the ability to build further on the platform as the organisation grows.

“We needed a way to manage deviations that holds together across all our assignments, and that lets us show what we have actually done. With Centuri, we can follow a deviation all the way through and produce the supporting data per municipality whenever it’s needed”, says Lars Franson, CEO, Annero Vård AB.

Quality assurance that works in everyday practice

“In health and social care, quality work has to function on every shift and for every client, not just in the management system. Annero Vård shows that high demands on traceability aren’t reserved for large organisations. We look forward to developing the solution together with them as they grow”, says Jonas Ljungwald, CEO of Centuri.
