Centuri at Polarbröd

From oven to mouth and back again, Polarbröd, one of Sweden's oldest and currently the third largest bread producers, has enhanced its efficiency and quality in handling complaints and other information processes through Centuris' solutions.

Challenge

Polarbröd relied on custom-developed SharePoint solutions to manage customer complaints. This approach proved to be inefficient, sluggish, and made it challenging to gain a comprehensive view of ongoing cases and future obstacles.

Solution

To centralize, streamline, and enhance the efficiency of their complaint management, Polarbröd developed a cloud-based solution utilizing Centuri Case Management. This solution was successfully launched in October 2015.

Result

The new solution provides Polarbröd with an enhanced overview, control, management, and tracking of all complaint cases, regardless of the source - all within a single unified platform. This has streamlined the complaint handling process and elevated the level of service.
