Capio stands as a leading healthcare provider across Europe, delivering a wide range of high-quality services in medicine, surgery, and psychiatry across Sweden, Norway, France, and Germany. In Sweden, Capio's extensive network includes one emergency hospital, two local hospitals, 30 specialist care clinics, 18 psychiatric care clinics, and 75 primary care clinics.
Challenge
Until 2013, the quality management processes at Capio Psychiatry were conducted using a decentralized filing system and manual routines. This method was not only time-consuming and inefficient but also made it challenging to manage discrepancies, locate information, and maintain document organization.
Solution
In the fall of 2013, the business division implemented a centralized document management and quality control system, founded on the Centuri platform.

The new solution has streamlined the quality and improvement efforts, clarified the accountability and processes, and enhanced the control over the management of deviations and cases.
