Centuri Accelerates Growth Journey - Jens Hållstrand Möller Appointed New CRO

With Monterro as the new owner, Centuri has clearly shifted its focus toward growth. As part of this strategic initiative, the commercial side of the organization is now being strengthened with Jens Hållstrand Möller taking on the role of CRO.

"The combination of a strong product, clear customer value, and the opportunity to build something significant together with an experienced and ambitious team is what led Jens to take the step to join Centuri."

He describes Centuri as a company with a strong market position, relevant customers, and untapped potential that can be fully realized with the right focus - a journey he is eager to be part of.

“Centuri has a clear position, a relevant market, and is entering a phase where the right focus and execution can make a significant difference - especially with a strong owner like Monterro backing the company. I saw an opportunity I didn’t want to miss.”

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Jens will have overall responsibility for creating long-term commercial conditions, but he sees his mission as broader than that.

“My role is to build the commercial foundation for Centuri to grow sustainably, profitably, and with the right focus. For me, it’s not just about developing sales and marketing - it’s about ensuring the entire organization moves in the same direction, with shared goals and clear priorities.”

Growth with a focus on people and customer value

In the near term, the focus is on creating structure and accountability in commercial operations, while also building momentum and energy within the organization.

"Right now, my focus is on building structure, accountability, and pace in our go-to-market efforts. At the same time, we need to ensure we have a solid foundation to grow from - not just commercially, but also organizationally and strategically as the company expands."

Jens brings a background in leading sales and commercial development in fast-paced, high-growth companies. That experience will be key as Centuri enters its next phase.

"I've had the privilege of building teams, processes, and structures in both rapidly scaling startups and more mature companies with external ownership. What I bring with me is a data-driven and goal-oriented approach, but also a strong belief in building a culture where people thrive, grow, and want to perform."

He sees great opportunities ahead for Centuri, especially at a time when many industries face increasing demands for efficiency, digitalization, and regulatory compliance.

"Our offering is perfectly timed. Many of the industries we serve are facing growing demands for efficiency, digital transformation, and compliance. Centuri’s solutions meet a clear and pressing need."

For Jens, it’s all about building with the customer at the center - continuously shaping both the product and the organization based on real-world needs.

"Our customers are our most valuable asset, and much of our development is driven by listening to them. When we truly understand their daily challenges, we can continue to develop products that make a real difference.

He adds:

"With a clear focus on the right customer segments, ongoing product development, and the ability to deliver on what we build, I see great potential for Centuri to take a leading position in the Nordics and expand internationally."

Even though the ambitions for Centuri are high, balance remains important.

"Right now, I’m preparing to become a father this summer, which feels both exciting and meaningful. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends, and squeezing in a few workouts when I can. It gives me energy and space for reflection - something that’s essential in a fast-paced environment."
