Driving financial strategy for sustainable growth
Centuri welcomes Sebastian Olsson as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With experience from the financial industry and a strong desire to develop efficient, data-driven organizations, he now joins the management team to help shape Centuri's next phase of growth.
A background in the fields of finance and analytics
Sebastian has a proven track record of building effective teams, streamlining processes and establishing efficient structures. He has worked in operational roles, as well as in equity analysis, with a focus on the tech and IT sectors. The combination of strategic thinking and deep financial knowledge makes him see great potential in the role.
- "The opportunity to work with an ambitious team, a market-leading product and with the backing of Monterro to take Centuri into the next phase of accelerated growth was attractive. I was also impressed by the team and the positive culture I encountered at Centuri," he says.
Focus on growth and efficient processes
In his new role, Sebastian is looking forward to driving the company's growth offensive together with experienced and driven colleagues. He emphasizes the importance of creating the right conditions for the organization to take on a more expansive phase, always with the customer and the product in focus.
One of his greatest strengths is the ability to question and develop processes and structures to increase efficiency.
- "I have always been motivated by the opportunty to challenge processes and structures in order to develop the organization to become more efficient. I also hope to be able to contribute with my experience in data and analysis so that we can jointly gain a better understanding of how we can best drive long-term, profitable growth," he says.
Leadership with openness and pace
Sebastian's leadership style is characterized by openness, commitment and high tempo.
- "My goal is always to create a team where everyone dares to speak up, wants to develop and is transparent with each other. I also believe in the willingness to help each other and to feel joint ownership of the team's work. I like to work with short decision paths to quickly move us forward as an organization," he says.
Free time with travel and racket sports
When he's not working with numbers and strategies, Sebastian likes to spend his time traveling and having adventures.
- "I've always liked traveling and experiencing new places. At home, I play a lot of racket sports, alternating almost weekly between tennis, padel and squash. The rest of the time I like to spend with my partner and our friends," he says with a smile.
