Kiwa chooses Centuri and strenghten their digital quality assurance

Centuri welcomes Kiwa in Sweden, a leader in testing, inspection and certification (TIC), as a new customer and user of Centuri’s platform for document and process management. Through this implementation, Kiwa gains a modern, unified system to manage documentation, processes, and quality systems – an important step in their digital development journey and fully aligned with their strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

With services in testing, inspection, certification, technical consulting, and training, Kiwa contributes to increased safety both within industry and society. Having good oversight of governing documents and processes is a key factor in daily operations – something that has previously been challenging due to multiple document management systems. By introducing Centuri’s document management system in combination with 2c8 process modeling, a unified platform is now being created for all Kiwa companies in Sweden.

The new solution provides Kiwa with better control, higher security, and easier access to information. With support for role- and permission-based management, improved searchability, and integration with the intranet, it becomes easier for employees to find the right information and work efficiently.

Through strong collaboration between Kiwa and Centuri – with dedicated project teams, clear communication, and a joint task force – a rapid and successful implementation was achieved. Centuri was launched at Kiwa in October 2025.
