Close to Her Colleagues – Every Day
As Office Manager, Anna plays a central role in day-to-day operations at Centuri, where her mission is to ensure that colleagues and visitors feel seen and welcome. When those closest to Anna describe her, they use words like positive, loyal, and a problem-solver – and those are exactly the qualities needed to build a pleasant workplace.
“The most important thing for me is to make everyday life easier for my colleagues. I want to spread positivity, because it fosters a sense of community”, says Anna.
An Office That Feels Like a Second Home
In a workplace where remote work is an option, it’s even more important that the office is a place where colleagues choose to come. For Anna, it’s all about warmth, joy, and the things we do together: shared breakfasts, coffee breaks, and activities.
“We spend so much time at work that the office should feel like coming home. My goal is for my colleagues to always want to come in”, says Anna.
Creativity and Event Experience Under Her Belt
In addition to her role at Centuri, Anna runs her own event planning business. She plans corporate events for companies both large and small. She’s now bringing that creativity and expertise in bringing people together to Centuri.
