User friendly

Simple and intuitive

All providers say they are. All customers want it. But what does it really mean that a system is user-friendly and intuitive?

For us at Centuri, this means that the training effort can be minimized. Easy to translate into money, reduced risk and reduced frustration.

Centuri's interface is built to mimic the basic logic of Microsoft applications. This is simply for users to feel at home. The system has adaptive menus, which means that you as a user do not see any menu selection that you cannot perform - both depending on who you are and what rights you have, but also where the information is in the process. If, for example, a document is for approval, you only see that you can approve or reject. And by the way, you decide what should be in the menu, so if you don't want it to say "decline", you can choose something else that your employees recognize.

Centuri's interface is also fully responsive. This means that the system adapts to the screen and works in the same way regardless of whether you are working on a computer, on a mobile phone or on a reading tablet. Without any special apps that need to be kept up to date. Everything is completely web-based, even the admin interface, and works with all HTML5-compatible web browsers.

Everything so that your employees can feel at home and not get frustrated that they do not understand how the system works. As the brain wants it!
