Security and data integrity

Centuri is built to meet the highest requirements for security and information integrity.

The system is protected by authentication solutions and Centuri can manage a number of different solutions for single-sign-on and automatic synchronization of users.

The authorization control is based on four parameters - user type, unit affiliation, organizational role and group affiliation. All access follows the user and is not stored on the local computer.

Transparency can be limited to individual publication areas or right down to transparency on individual documents, and of course you can also control who can see documents in progress or documents that are archived. For case management, visibility can be limited to individual form sections and depending on which stage of the process the case is in.

Centuri also includes full support for the GDPR, including pseudonymization of users at the end of employment, thinning of personal data in cases, possibility of register extracts and more.

To ensure data integrity, hashing is used to detect changes in content. All changes to the information are logged in the history, right down to changes in individual form fields, to ensure data integrity.

The database can be encrypted if desired, but even more important is that all traffic with other systems is done in a secure manner (SSL, SFTP, MTLS and more).
