Find information quickly and easily
User-centred, personalized and with a smart search function
Many information management systems are still heavily dependent on structure and working methods. Employees are expected to name information in a consistent manner, store it under relevant folder structure and tag it with relevant metadata.
Centuri's ambition is to be able to easily find the information regardless of where and how it is stored. We have therefore built our search function in Centuri on Elasticsearch, a modern, open-source based search engine that gives you individualized and behavior-based search results.
All information is indexed and searchable, and the system automatically creates relevant metadata such as owner, approver, date, type of information, etc. In this way, manual metadata tagging can be kept to a minimum.
And because we know who's searching - which department they belong to, which groups they're a member of, and more - we can filter out the noise and deliver search results that are relevant.
Since different employees search for information in different ways, Centuri also offers the possibility to search in something similar to more traditional folder structures. The difference is that with our structures, there are not fourteen copies in fifteen different places, but here it is the same quality-assured original in all the places where you choose to publish it. In the same way as with the free text search, we filter out the noise and only show the folders that are relevant to each individual.
For those who prefer to search for information via visual images, e.g. process maps, this is of course also possible thanks to our plug-in with 2c8.
And finally, if you would rather have the information from Centuri published on the Intranet, in a production system or on a notice board, we have quality-assured solutions for that as well.
All for it to be the way the brain wants it.
