Centuri User Forum 2025
On October 14, we hosted the 2025 edition of User Forum – the most important event of the year for everyone who works with, develops, or manages the Centuri system. At Bonnierhuset in Stockholm, Centuri users gathered for a full day of inspiration, knowledge sharing, networking, best practices, and future trends – all centered around the theme of future-proof quality management and document control.

This year’s User Forum offered a full agenda packed with inspiration, practical examples, and future perspectives. Through presentations, customer cases, and expert panels, participants gained new perspectives and concrete tools to get even more value out of the Centuri system.
Inspiration and the Power of Change
- Aron Andersson, motivational speaker, adventurer, and inspirational figure, kicked off the day with an energetic session on teamwork, joy at work, and embracing change – all fueled by stories of adventure and perseverance.
Customer Cases and Practical Insights
- Marika Krantz, Business Architect at Peab AB, demonstrated how chatbots can simplify everyday tasks and streamline processes – sharing a real-world example from Peab’s operations.
- Christina Jansson, Head of Quality, Environment, and Information Security at Stockholms Sjukhem, shared their journey with Centuri and the PDCA methodology, offering valuable best practices.
- Ted von Knorring, Safety and Security Manager at Transdev, provided hands-on advice on risk management in Centuri and how to efficiently meet regulatory requirements.
- Josefin Olausson from Västra Götalandsregionen showcased how smart connections between cases and registers create productive workflows, save time, and simplify daily operations.
- Markus Hellborg, Head of Climate and Sustainability at Deloitte, highlighted the importance of sustainability in management systems – and how to move from parallel initiatives to a fully integrated strategy.
Centuri’s Future and Expert Panel
- Jonas Ljungwald, CEO of Centuri AB, concluded the day with forward-looking insights and a preview of Centuri’s upcoming roadmap.
- Centuri’s expert panel finished off the day with a session where our implementation consultants shared their best tips and answered questions during a highly appreciated Q&A session.
